• Landlord or property manager name, business name, phone number, and email address.

• M-Pesa Paybill, Till, account reference, and payment configuration details.
• Messages, support requests, and communication preferences.

3. Tenant information

Landlords and property managers may enter tenant details such as tenant names, phone numbers, email addresses, unit assignments, rent amounts, and payment records. Landlords and property managers are responsible for ensuring they have a valid reason and authority to add and manage tenant information in Landlord Haven.

• Create and manage user accounts.
• Provide property, unit, tenant, arrears, payment, reminder, and reporting features.
• Send rent reminders, payment notices, receipts, and service emails.

5. M-Pesa and payment data

Landlord Haven may process payment-related information such as phone numbers, checkout request IDs, receipt numbers, payment amounts, payment statuses, and transaction references. We use this information to confirm payments, update billing status, record rent payments, and provide receipts or reports.
